I was blessed to be artistic in a number of ways. Throughout my childhood I utilized my talents whether playing a musical instrument, drawing with pen and ink, pencil, charcoal or pastel. I used my talent to write and publish a book that did pretty well. Even cooking to me is an artistic venture. Now photography gives me that same joy and excitement.
I use that artistic eye when working in photography. The use of colors, light and shapes is incorporated in my style. I also use my eye to capture moments by paying close attention the moods, feelings and spirit of my subjects, be they animate or inanimate.
